I had a very disappointing experience with them. The customer service was abysmal—my questions were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful answers. They are very disrespectful. I do not recommend their services to anyone looking for a competent and responsive accountant. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.I had a very bad experience with this collection and I do not recommend it to anyone. Customer orientation below zero and very rude and polite. As if you owe them. After paying them, they responded so rudely that they called me and apologized to me and said that their conditions were not suitable!! Unfortunately, after my question and repeated calls to their office regarding my taxes, it has been about two weeks that they are still sick and could not come to the office and answer. I am sorry for the very bad experience and I do not recommend these pretentious and rude people to anyone.
